Tesira's Return and Refund Policy

Tesira E-commerce Private Limited (“Tesira,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing a fair and transparent return and refund policy. This policy governs the terms under which customers (“you” or “your”) may request returns or refunds for products purchased through our platform. By making a purchase on Tesira, you agree to comply with the terms set forth below.

1. NO CANCELLATIONS POLICY
  • Once an order has been placed and confirmed on Tesira, cancellations are not allowed. We encourage all customers to carefully review their orders, including product details, before completing the purchase. Once the order is processed, it is final.
2. RETURN POLICY
  • Return Window: Customers may request a return only within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
  • Eligible Reasons for Return: Returns will be accepted only in the following circumstances:
      • Product Fit Issues: If the product does not fit as expected based on the size information provided at the time of purchase.
      • Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged.
      • Quality Concerns: If the product is of poor quality or defective.
  • Return Process:
      • Customers must provide video evidence to community@tesira.co.in (along with order number) of the unboxing and the issue (damaged or defective product) in order to initiate the return process. Without video evidence, Tesira reserves the right to reject the return request.
      • Upon approval, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned product, which may be used for future purchases on the platform. No cash refunds will be provided, except in cases of non-delivery (see Section 3 below).
3. REFUND POLICY
  • Refund for Non-Delivery:
      • In cases where the product is not delivered, customers are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Tesira will process the refund to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
      • However, Tesira will retain its commission from the vendor for orders that are placed but not delivered, as this is a platform fee for processing the transaction.
  • Non-Refundable Cases:
      • Refunds will not be provided for products with minor quality issues or fit issues unless the product is significantly damaged or of substandard quality as supported by the video evidence submitted.
      • No refunds will be issued if the customer fails to provide the required video evidence showing the unboxing and the identified issue.
4. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN APPROVAL
  • Video Evidence: All return requests must include a clear, timestamped video showing the unboxing of the product to verify the claim of damage or quality concerns. Tesira reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet this requirement.
  • Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. Products that show signs of use or damage that were not present at the time of delivery will not be accepted for return.
5. PROCESS AND TIMELINE FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS
  • Return Request: Customers must submit their return request, along with the required video evidence, within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Review and Decision: Tesira will review the return request and provided evidence within 10 business days. Upon approval, store credit will be issued within 5 business days of return approval. In case of non-delivery, the refund will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation.
6. EXCLUSIONS
  • Non-Refundable Products: Certain products, including but not limited to customized or personalized items, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or are not delivered. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Sale or Discounted Items: Products purchased during sale periods or with promotional discounts may only be eligible for store credit in cases of return, subject to the return conditions stated above.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
  • In case of disputes regarding returns or refunds, Tesira’s decision will be final and binding. We aim to resolve disputes fairly, taking into account the interests of both customers and vendors, while upholding the integrity of the platform.
  • Any unresolved disputes will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
8. MODIFICATIONS TO THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
  • Tesira reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
