• Vendor Responsibility: Tesira does not manage shipping directly. Once the vendor receives an order, they are responsible for arranging shipping through their registered domestic or international shipping partners.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees, including any applicable international duties, taxes, or customs charges, are determined by the vendor and displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes imposed at the destination country.

2. SHIPPING TIME

• Vendor Shipping Responsibility: Vendors are required to ship products within 5 to 7 days after receiving an order. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, and delays beyond this timeframe may occur due to external factors.
• Tracking Information: Vendors are responsible for providing customers with a valid tracking link once the product has been shipped. Customers can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of their shipment. Tesira is not responsible for providing tracking updates directly.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

• Average Delivery Timelines: The average delivery time is between 5 to 7 days for domestic orders, depending on the customer’s location. Delivery times for international orders will vary, depending on customs clearance processes and shipping routes.
• Tracking: Customers are advised to refer to the tracking information provided by the vendor after the order is shipped.

4. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK

• Responsibility for Delays: Vendors are fully responsible for shipping and any delays caused during the shipment process.
• Facilitation by Tesira: Tesira is available to facilitate communication between the customer and the vendor, and provide necessary arbitration in cases where disputes arise regarding delays or non-delivery. However, Tesira is not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by the vendor or the shipping company.

5. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

• Once the product has been delivered, vendors must send a delivery confirmation email to the customer. This email will serve as proof of delivery.

6. FAILED DELIVERIES

• Vendor Responsibility: In cases of failed delivery attempts, the vendor must coordinate reshipment or handle the return of the product. Customers must ensure that accurate delivery information is provided at the time of purchase to avoid failed deliveries.
• Reshipping Fees: If the product is returned due to incorrect customer information or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for any additional reshipping fees.

7. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

• If an order is marked as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer may be charged for any return shipping fees and reshipping costs. Vendors are responsible for communicating with the customer in such cases.

8. CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

• Customs Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• In case of disputes regarding delays or delivery issues, customers should first attempt to resolve the matter with the vendor. If the issue remains unresolved, Tesira will step in to facilitate communication and arbitrate where necessary to ensure a fair resolution for both parties.
