2. SHIPPING TIME
  • Vendor Shipping Responsibility: Vendors are required to ship products within 5 to 7 days after receiving an order. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, and delays beyond this timeframe may occur due to external factors.
  • Tracking Information: Vendors are responsible for providing customers with a valid tracking link once the product has been shipped. Customers can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of their shipment. Tesira is not responsible for providing tracking updates directly.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
  • Average Delivery Timelines: The average delivery time is between 5 to 7 days for domestic orders, depending on the customer’s location. Delivery times for international orders will vary, depending on customs clearance processes and shipping routes.
  • Tracking: Customers are advised to refer to the tracking information provided by the vendor after the order is shipped.
4. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK

6. FAILED DELIVERIES
  • Vendor Responsibility: In cases of failed delivery attempts, the vendor must coordinate reshipment or handle the return of the product. Customers must ensure that accurate delivery information is provided at the time of purchase to avoid failed deliveries.
  • Reshipping Fees: If the product is returned due to incorrect customer information or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for any additional reshipping fees.
7. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
  • If an order is marked as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer may be charged for any return shipping fees and reshipping costs. Vendors are responsible for communicating with the customer in such cases.
8. CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
  • Customs Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
